Our project management covers the full build lifecycle: pre-construction planning (feasibility, engineering, approvals strategy), trade procurement (sourcing, contracts, scheduling), construction supervision (daily oversight, quality control, safety), council and compliance management (DA, CDC, CC, OC), and handover (final inspections, defect rectification, documentation). You get one point of contact for everything.
Q · 02 How much does project management cost?
Project management fees are typically structured as a percentage of construction cost (usually 10–20% depending on project complexity) or as a fixed fee based on agreed scope. For projects where we also provide construction services, management is included in our build price. We are transparent about our fees and provide a clear breakdown before you commit.
Q · 03 Do you manage projects you do not build?
Yes. We provide project management as a standalone service for developers, property managers, and owner-builders who have their own construction arrangements but need professional coordination, council management, and quality oversight. We also offer hybrid arrangements where we manage the project and self-perform specific trade packages.
Q · 04 What size projects do you manage?
We manage projects ranging from residential renovations and extensions through to multi-unit developments, commercial fitouts, and civil works. Our sweet spot is projects in the $100K–$5M construction value range across Sydney, though we take on work outside that range where the scope suits our capabilities.
Q · 05 How do you handle council approvals?
We manage the entire approval process — pre-lodgement advice, DA or CDC preparation, council liaison, response to conditions, Construction Certificate coordination, and Occupation Certificate lodgement. We know what Sydney councils expect and how to present applications to avoid unnecessary delays or conditions.
Q · 06 What reporting do clients receive?
We provide weekly progress reports including work completed, upcoming activities, cost tracking, and any issues requiring attention. Site photos, inspection reports, and milestone sign-offs are documented throughout. You have full visibility of your project at all times.
