METCON (Meteora Constructions Pty Ltd) is led by director Constantine Hassiotis, who started building alongside his father in the 1970s. With over 40 years of hands-on construction experience, we have been servicing Sydney and NSW longer than most builders have been in business.
We are a licensed NSW building company working across residential, commercial and civil construction. Our work covers everything from retaining walls and structural remediation to full residential builds, commercial fitouts, demolition and excavation.
We work closely with structural engineers, geotechnical consultants, local councils and private certifiers to make sure every project is done right. That means proper documentation, compliant methodology and construction that holds up to scrutiny.

I started building alongside my father in the 1970s. That is where I learned there are no shortcuts to quality construction. Every foundation, every pour, every steel connection. It either meets the specification or it does not.
When I founded METCON, I wanted a company that operates the same way I have always worked: correct engineering, clear communication, accountability at every stage. No project managers relaying messages. No ambiguity.
