Site Assessment

We attend site, measure the wall length and height, assess soil conditions, note any surcharges (driveways, buildings), and identify drainage requirements.

Engineering Design

A structural engineer designs the wall — post size and spacing, footing dimensions, sleeper thickness, and drainage specification matched to your site.

Step 03
Excavation & Footings

We excavate for the post footings and drainage system. Posts are set in concrete to the specified depth and alignment before sleepers are placed.

Wall Construction

Concrete sleepers are placed between the steel posts. Ag pipe drainage is installed behind the wall with geofabric and gravel. Backfill is placed in controlled layers.

Inspection & Handover

Engineer inspects the completed wall. You receive full documentation including design drawings, photos, and certification for council or your records.
