We clear sites across Sydney ready for construction. Vegetation, old structures, concrete, rubble, and debris removed. Ground levelled and prepared with proper erosion and sediment controls in place.
Before any new construction can begin, the site needs to be clear. That means removing everything that is in the way and preparing the ground surface for the work that follows.
Site clearing covers a broad scope. It might be removing dense vegetation from a vacant block, pulling out old concrete slabs and footings from a previous structure, clearing rubble and waste, or stripping topsoil to reach a stable formation level.
We also install erosion and sediment control measures as required by council. Silt fences, sediment basins, and stabilised access points are set up before any ground disturbance to prevent runoff and sediment leaving the site.
Every site is different. We assess the scope and bring the right equipment and approach for the conditions.
Scrub, undergrowth, grass, and trees removed as approved. Tree removal coordinated with any council tree preservation orders or development consent conditions.
Sheds, garages, fences, retaining walls, garden structures, and any remaining building elements from previous construction.
Old slabs, driveways, paths, footings, and hardstand areas broken up, removed, and disposed of or recycled.
Construction waste, dumped materials, and general site debris cleared and removed to licensed disposal facilities.
Organic topsoil layer stripped to reach stable ground. Stockpiled on site for reuse in landscaping or removed as required.
Old footings, services, tanks, and buried structures identified and removed during the clearing process.
Tell us about the site and what needs to go. We will inspect the block, assess the scope, and provide a quote for the clearing and preparation work.
