We provide a detailed written quote after reviewing your brief and inspecting the site.

Yes. We regularly construct within occupied and operational commercial environments. We plan staged works, implement dust and noise controls, and schedule disruptive work outside trading hours. Clear communication with tenants and building management is part of every project.
Q · 03 Do you handle council approvals for commercial work?
Yes. We manage the full approval process including DA and CDC applications, BCA compliance reports, fire safety assessments, accessibility reviews, and occupation certificate coordination. Our experience with Sydney councils helps avoid delays and unnecessary conditions.

We carry $20M public liability, comprehensive workers compensation, and all-risk construction insurance. We are a fully licensed NSW builder (318592C) with DBP General-Unrestricted registration. Certificates are provided to your landlord or building manager as required.
Q · 06 Do you work after hours?
Yes. We regularly schedule noisy or disruptive work outside business hours to minimise impact on your operations and neighbouring tenants. After-hours, weekend, and staged construction is factored into our planning and pricing from the start.
