CONCRETE & STEEL

The Backbone of Commercial Construction

We deliver concrete and structural steel works for commercial projects across Sydney. Footings, slabs, columns, beams, walls, and steel framing — built to engineer specifications and Australian Standards.

Concrete and Steel. Done Properly.

Every commercial building relies on its concrete and steel. These are the elements that carry the loads, resist the forces, and determine whether the structure performs for decades or fails prematurely. There is no room for shortcuts.

We carry out concrete and structural steel works for commercial projects of all scales. That includes excavation and footings, ground slabs and suspended slabs, columns and beams, retaining walls, core walls, and structural steel framing. Every element is built to the structural engineer's specification and compliant with the relevant Australian Standards.

Our team handles formwork construction, steel reinforcement fixing, concrete placement and finishing, and structural steel erection. We coordinate with concrete suppliers, steel fabricators, and testing laboratories to deliver work that passes inspection and certification without issue.

What We Build

Our concrete and steel capability covers the full range of structural elements required in commercial construction.

Footings & Foundations

Pad footings, strip footings, raft slabs, bored piers, and ground beams. Excavated, formed, reinforced, and poured to the geotechnical and structural engineer's specification.

Slabs & Suspended Floors

Ground slabs, suspended concrete slabs, and composite metal deck floors. Formwork, reinforcement, pour planning, and finishing to the required tolerances and surface standards.

Columns & Beams

Reinforced concrete columns and beams formed, reinforced, and poured on site. Structural steel columns and beams fabricated off site and erected to engineer drawings with bolted or welded connections.

Walls & Core Structures

Concrete retaining walls, shear walls, lift core walls, and boundary walls. Formed with traditional or proprietary formwork systems and poured to the structural specification.

Structural Steel Framing

Steel portal frames, bracing systems, mezzanine structures, and roof steelwork. Fabricated to AS 4100 by certified fabricators and erected on site by our crew with crane and rigging support.

Formwork & Reinforcement

Traditional timber formwork, steel formwork systems, and proprietary panel systems. Steel reinforcement cut, bent, and fixed to the engineer's bar schedule. Inspected before every pour.

Built to Specification. Compliant to Standard.

  • Concrete works to AS 3600 (Concrete Structures)
  • Structural steel to AS 4100 (Steel Structures)
  • Reinforcement to AS/NZS 4671 and placed to engineer bar schedules
  • Formwork designed and constructed to AS 3610
  • Concrete testing and certification coordinated with NATA labs
  • Steel fabrication by certified workshops
  • Hold point inspections with structural engineer sign-off
  • Full documentation for certification and building records

We work directly from the structural engineer's drawings and specifications. Reinforcement is fixed to the bar schedule, formwork is built to the required tolerances, and concrete is ordered to the specified mix design. Nothing is assumed or substituted without engineering approval.

Hold point inspections are scheduled before every critical pour and at key stages of steel erection. The engineer inspects, we document, and the work proceeds with full traceability from start to completion.
