We strip interiors back to the structural frame. Walls, ceilings, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and fixtures removed carefully and efficiently, leaving a clean shell ready for rebuild.
Internal strip-outs are the first step in most renovation and refurbishment projects. The goal is to remove everything that is not being retained, without damaging the structure that stays.
We work methodically through each space. Non-structural walls, ceiling linings, floor coverings, cabinetry, fixtures, services, and finishes are all removed and sorted for disposal. Where structural elements are adjacent to removal work, we take extra care to protect them.
For buildings constructed before 2000, we arrange asbestos identification before any demolition begins. This is not optional. It is a legal requirement in NSW, and we treat it as standard procedure on every older building.
We handle the full scope of internal demolition, from cosmetic finishes through to non-structural framing.
Plasterboard, fibrous plaster, timber lining, render, and non-load-bearing wall framing. Removed cleanly without disturbing retained structure.
Cabinetry, benchtops, splashbacks, tiles, fixtures, fittings, and waterproofing membranes. Plumbing and electrical disconnected safely before removal.
Tiles, timber, carpet, vinyl, and screeds. We remove floor coverings and prepare the substrate for new finishes or structural work.
Doors, frames, windows, built-in wardrobes, shelving, handrails, and any fixed items marked for removal on the demolition plan.
Redundant electrical, plumbing, and mechanical services removed or capped. We coordinate with licensed tradespeople for disconnections.
Asbestos-containing materials identified and removed by licensed removalists. Lead paint and other hazards managed according to SafeWork NSW codes of practice.
Tell us what needs to come out. We will inspect the site, identify any hazards, and provide a clear scope and quote for the strip-out work.
